Over the course of the year, students can come and go or move, etc.  This can leave a teacher with gaps in their music schedule or private dance schedule.  At our schools, we spend a lot of money on advertising and marketing year-round to keep our teachers’ schedules as full as possible.  We are continually registering new students for our music and dance programs.

EXTRAS ARE TAKEN CARE OF – YOUR ONLY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO TEACH

Our organized and friendly customer service personnel handle all of the details.  From scheduling to collecting fees to organizing recitals.  These details are handled by our administrators not the teachers.  This means the teacher is free to focus on teaching and not get bogged down by administration.  Driving all over town for a couple of lessons, trying to remember who is a month behind on tuition, and trying to collect for missed lessons are all problems of the past.

YOUR TIME IS RESPECTED AND YOU ARE PAID WHEN STUDENTS CANCEL

Our teachers are paid whether students show up or not.  Students pay for lessons automatically on the first of the month, and teachers are paid for their lessons every two weeks.  Teachers can always count on what they will earn in a given month.

NO HAVING TO COME IN FOR EXTRA MAKE-UP LESSONS

Make-ups occur within your regular teaching schedule.  If a student is sick for a private music lessons you simply submit a written or video make up during their regular time to the office and they send it on to the parent for that student to do on their own time.  If a student is sick for a group music or dance class they can simply make up during another class day and time.

COMFORTABLE AND PROFESSIONAL TEACHING ENVIRONMENT

We provide our teachers with a beautiful, comfortable, spacious teaching space.  All of our locations are incredibly clean, and well-maintained with ample waiting room for all students, as well as large, comfortable teaching rooms and studios.  Plus, we have coffee, WIFI, and a teacher’s area with a frig and microwave.

Access your updated schedule online at all times.  Also, every time you get a new student or their is a change to your schedule you will immediately be send a notification.
